What you will do

• Drive metadata and taxonomy strategies to support business needs and asset retrieval capabilities
• Develop and oversee content workflows and governance standards for digital assets
• Maintain digital asset library integrity through audits, taxonomy, and access management
• Manage technical support and collaborate with IT and external vendors for platform security and functionality
• Act as a digital asset champion by collaborating across departments and providing training
• Develop analytics reporting and editorial calendar for ongoing platform optimization and education

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. No visa sponsorship available
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• 5-7+ years in marketing project management with 3-5+ years in digital asset management
• Experience with digital asset platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, Brandfolder, or Bynder
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a global, cross-functional team
