What you will do
- Handle incoming requests from partner companies and provide timely support.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, supporting them in day-to-day use of the Garna platform.
- Introduce and promote new product features among existing clients.
- Collect and communicate client feedback to the product and operations teams.
- Coordinate internally to ensure seamless execution of contractor payments.
- Lead regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
