What you will do

• Develop, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Create customer-focused documentation such as wireframes, use cases, and business rules.
• Perform and support testing efforts to ensure quality delivery.
• Assist in work estimation and participate in system design and configuration.
• Stay current with industry trends and methodologies relevant to insurance and business analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Solid understanding of the insurance industry.
• Must be located in Canada or able to work remotely from Canada.
• Travel up to 25%.
• English language proficiency required; French knowledge required for Quebec-based roles.
