• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for sales teams.
• Provide one-on-one coaching to sales representatives.
• Develop training materials tailored to different sales roles.
• Create assessments to measure training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and product teams to align training content with company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coaching skills to motivate sales professionals.
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
