What you will do

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for future AV Technicians.
• Create and maintain training materials and documentation.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot AV and IT equipment in studios.
• Manage studio wiring, cable management, and lighting installation.
• Work flexible shifts including nights to ensure smooth studio operations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Bucharest, Romania
• Proven experience assembling, testing, and repairing AV and IT hardware.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts.
• Experience in mentoring or training in technical or AV fields.
• Knowledge of multimeters, AC/DC circuitry, Windows and Linux OS.
• Hands-on experience with AV equipment and cable management.

Nice to have

• Patience and enthusiasm for knowledge sharing.
• Experience with computer peripherals and drivers setup.
• Basic video and sound operation skills.
• Familiarity with Chroma Key technology.
