What you will do

• Perform and enhance revenue assurance controls over merchant fees, FX spreads, and balances.
• Execute audit and control procedures ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and provide insights on risk and control performance to management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Product, and IT teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to automate controls and reduce manual work.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years experience in audit, financial controls, or reconciliations in multinational companies.
• Background in auditing or control (Public Accountant or similar degree).
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong Excel skills and ability to handle large datasets.
• Experience with SOX controls and fintech or payments industry knowledge.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.
