What you will do

• Drive strategic finance initiatives by developing financial models and forecasts.
• Partner with product, growth, and operations teams to assess financial performance.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for data analysis.
• Prepare monthly performance reviews and management presentations.
• Ensure data integrity across financial and operational systems.
• Build a deep understanding of P&L drivers and business KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally in fintech.
• Strong SQL proficiency and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent analytical mindset and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for merging finance and data to tell actionable stories.
