What you will do

• Maintain a long-term vision and identify product needs based on market trends and requirements.
• Lead prioritization and planning of the product roadmap, collaborating with commercial and engineering teams.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to bring the product successfully to market.
• Collaborate with and empower your team to reach their full potential.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or related software products.
• Ability to make strategic decisions considering business and technical requirements.
• Self-starter with initiative and curiosity.
• Team player open to different perspectives.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Must be located in the Netherlands and able to work from the Delft office multiple days per week.
