Location: Hybrid with 4 days a week in New York office, Monday and Thursday mandatory

Salary: Up to $130,000+ plus equity

What you will do

• Lead 10-15 customer implementations per quarter from contract to launch, including configuration, integration, training, and troubleshooting
• Hire and manage a team of implementation specialists, creating standardized processes and operational cadence
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine GTM strategy and improve onboarding experiences
• Analyze implementation data to optimize conversion and customer outcomes
• Drive go-live within 4 weeks and ensure smooth handoff to account management

Requirements

• Must work hybrid with 4 days a week in New York office
• 5-7 years professional experience with player-manager leadership
• Technical proficiency with APIs and data integrations
• Strong project management and multitasking skills
• Data-driven decision making and excellent communication skills
