Senior .NET Software Engineer

TL;DR

Senior .NET Software Engineer (Backend): Developing and maintaining backend and web portal components for a fast-growing Money Transfer product with an accent on scalable, high-performing, and resilient web-based applications. Focus on designing and implementing complex system architectures, cloud integration, and reducing technical debt.

Location: Remote or hybrid in Belarus, with offices in Warsaw, Minsk, Chisinau, Tbilisi, and Astana

What you will do

• Develop backend and web portal features for the Money Remittance product.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including deployment and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and multinational teams in a Scrum environment.
• Work on high-performing, scalable, and resilient web-based applications and services.
• Drive technical debt reduction in collaboration with developers and QA engineers.
• Engage with business stakeholders as part of the product development team.

Requirements

• Location: Remote or hybrid in Belarus
• English: B2 or higher required
• 5+ years of production experience with C# (.NET, MVC, .NET Core).
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms and Kubernetes.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and Kafka.
• Full cycle development experience from implementation to production deployment and support.

Nice to have

• Experience building scalable and highly-available system architectures.
• Basic knowledge of Angular/React and LESS/SCSS.
• Hands-on Linux experience.
• Experience with Docker and Jenkins for build and deployment automation.
• Experience with ML technologies and MLOps in production.
