What you will do

• Monitor system health, triage alerts, and manage error budgets for critical infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code and policy as code for deployment and security hardening.
• Automate operational tasks to reduce toil and improve efficiency.
• Maintain security pipelines and observability systems integrated into CI/CD workflows.
• Participate in incident response, post-mortem analysis, and implement preventative engineering solutions.

Requirements

• Must be located on-site in Austin, Texas, USA.
• Professional experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) or private cloud infrastructure.
• Experience implementing and managing SLOs/SLIs and observability platforms.
• Strong networking knowledge and security automation skills.
• Experience with incident management and post-incident engineering.
• US work authorization required; visa sponsorship not supported.

Nice to have

• Experience with DevSecOps tools and security policy automation.
• Familiarity with identity and access management systems.
