What you will do

• Champion adoption of KCS v6 practices across support and engineering teams.
• Design and deliver onboarding, role-based training, and continuous education programs.
• Establish and optimize knowledge capture workflows aligned with KCS methodology.
• Monitor knowledge base quality and collaborate with experts to maintain content accuracy.
• Track and report KCS metrics to measure impact on support KPIs.
• Collaborate with documentation, product, and community teams to align knowledge efforts.

Requirements

• Must be located in Canada with hybrid work format and open to fully remote for exceptional candidates.
• 3+ years experience in technical support enablement, knowledge management, or support operations in technical or open-source environments.
• Strong knowledge of KCS v6 methodology; certification preferred.
• Experience with open-source databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, hirify.global, or MongoDB.
• Proven ability to deliver effective training and coaching to technical teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and project coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to open-source communities.
• Hands-on database troubleshooting, architecture, or performance tuning experience.
• Experience leading KCS programs in SaaS or open-source organizations.
• Familiarity with DevOps workflows, CI/CD, or containerized database deployments.
