What you will do

• Plan and engineer implementation of hirify.global BI and CPM solutions from requirements to delivery
• Gather requirements and coordinate project implementation
• Provide technical guidance to project teams
• Collaborate with customers to design tailored solutions
• Build trust and serve as a trusted advisor to clients
• Maintain deep knowledge of hirify.global products and emerging BI/CPM trends

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Mumbai, India
• 3+ years experience with multi-dimensional systems
• Experience with cloud solutions and familiarity with SQL and ODBC
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Availability to travel domestically and internationally
• Educational background in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field; Engineering degree with MBA preferred
