• Create compelling and visually appealing creatives for Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
• Localize creatives for different markets, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
• Resize creatives for Google, maintaining design integrity and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to improve creative quality.

Requirements

• English: B1+ level required
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio.
• Experience using AI generative tools for visuals and workflow optimization.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• High self-organization and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of performance marketing and direct response design frameworks.
• Knowledge of Meta and Google ad platforms and formats.
