What you will do

  • Lead full partner recruitment cycle from market research to partner onboarding and first revenue.
  • Identify and evaluate high-potential partners including agencies, consultants, IT resellers, and software companies.
  • Establish and develop relationships using a commercial teaching approach and create go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive partner activation within 12 months ensuring active revenue generation.
  • Serve as liaison between partners and internal teams including Customer Organization, Engineering, and Marketing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve partner acquisition and growth processes.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast of activities, opportunities, and revenue.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German to conduct business in the DACH region.
  • 5+ years experience in solution channel sales or partner management with proven territory and account ownership.
  • Proven ability to self-generate pipeline from discovery to close.
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • Experience in SaaS or Marketing Technology preferred.
