What you will do

• Lead and supervise a team of cloud specialists supporting public sector clients.
• Design, deploy, and operate Microsoft Azure IaaS environments.
• Drive service excellence and continuous improvement in managed cloud operations.
• Architect and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient Azure infrastructure.
• Manage critical server environments with high availability and security requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis and problem resolution for production systems.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Kuopio, Finland.
• Previous experience leading and guiding a technical team.
• Expert-level knowledge of Windows/Linux Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure IaaS components and infrastructure engineering.
• Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English.
• Willingness to undergo a security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Bicep, ARM, Terraform, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of failover clusters and disaster recovery strategies in Azure.
