What you will do

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to own and drive the full development cycle based on evolving requirements
• Implement high-quality software based on user stories, including effort estimation
• Offer technical solutions and enhancements with well-thought-out arguments
• Enforce high-quality, collaborative code reviews as a core development practice
• Ensure thorough documentation of changes as a standard practice
• Set up and maintain secure CI/CD operations and collaborate with other units within hirify.global

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional TypeScript development experience
• Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory
• Expertise in React core concepts and ecosystem
• Experience with Node.js backend frameworks such as Express or NestJS
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL (PostgreSQL), NoSQL (DynamoDB), and AWS services
• Experience with test-driven development, automated testing, and continuous integration

Nice to have

• Experience with E2E testing frameworks like Cypress or Selenium
• Familiarity with Webpack, Vite, Jenkins, Docker, JIRA, DevOps, and Terraform
• Good understanding of web development technologies: HTML5, CSS3
