Creator Relations Specialist

Location: San Francisco, United States; onsite five days a week

Salary: $55,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify and source creators aligned with the company’s vision and content goals.
• Manage creator partnerships from outreach, hiring, and briefing through contract coordination and payment.
• Define deliverables, timelines, and expectations for each partnership.
• Review creator content, provide feedback, and validate completeness, accuracy, quality, and brand alignment.
• Build long-term one-to-one relationships with creators as their primary point of contact.
• Maintain partnership records and coordinate with marketing, product, and finance teams.

Requirements

• Approximately 2+ years of experience in creator relations, partnerships, influencer management, or talent operations.
• Experience managing creators or freelancers from sourcing through payment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, negotiation, and follow-through.
• Knowledge of digital platforms, content trends, and the creator economy.
• Comfort working onsite in San Francisco and managing in-person interactions and events.
