What you will do

• Identify and source creators aligned with company vision and content goals.
• Manage end-to-end creator partnerships including outreach, hiring, briefing, and contracts.
• Define deliverables, timelines, and expectations clearly for creators.
• Review and validate creator deliverables for quality and brand alignment.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with creators as primary contact.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years experience in creator relations, partnerships, influencer management, or talent operations.
• Comfortable working onsite in San Francisco and managing in-person interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of digital platforms, content trends, and the creator economy.
