Salary: $199,000–$278,500 (Potential to reach $318,500 based on performance)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and test high-quality Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack components.
• Lead the technical delivery of complex, multi-quarter mobile projects from concept through to completion.
• Mentor and coach other engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient mobile solutions.
• Advocate for operational excellence, including performance optimization, resilience, and scalability.
• Serve as a domain expert for mobile integrations, including 3rd party SDKs and GraphQL APIs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional mobile experience (or 6+ years with a Master's degree).
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Deep understanding of Android architecture patterns like MVVM, MVI, or MVP.
• Advanced experience with Jetpack Compose, UI/UX best practices, and performance tuning.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end technical design for large-scale projects.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating and optimizing Android applications with GraphQL APIs.
• Ability to contribute to backend services developed in Java or Kotlin.
• Proven experience with 3rd party SDK and API integrations.
