- Lead the technical design and delivery of complex projects.
- Guide and mentor other engineers.
- Promote mobile development best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams.
- Analyze and optimize performance of code and systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional mobile development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin or Java.
- Advanced proficiency with Jetpack components and Android UI/UX best practices.
- Solid understanding of Android app architecture patterns.
- Proven experience mentoring other engineers.
