What you will do

• Assist the CPO in executing the product roadmap and coordinating department efforts to meet milestones.
• Serve as a liaison between product, engineering, marketing, and customer support for clear communication.
• Conduct market and user research to gather insights for product development and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to define requirements, oversee feature development, and optimize products.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, providing reports to stakeholders to inform strategies.
• Support growth and core product experimentation processes, including coding, analysis, and debugging.

Requirements

• Background in software engineering.
• Proficiency in JSON and Java or Javascript.
• Comfortable with statistical significance and common types of statistical bias.
• Understands the basics of good experimental design.
• Passionate about growth, metrics, and user experience.
• Data-driven and analytical, with an interest in behavioral science (bonus).

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related technical major.
• Experience designing and running AB/RCT trials.
• Background in data science or machine learning.
