What you will do

• Identify, attract, and hire exceptional technical and non-technical talent globally.
• Optimize recruitment processes to reduce average hiring time to fewer than 30 days.
• Maintain a candidate satisfaction score of 90% or higher.
• Manage and optimize candidate pipelines using ATS platforms like Lever and Greenhouse.
• Use recruiting tools such as Seekout, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub to source talent.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

Requirements

• Location: Remote work with presence in Jakarta, Indonesia
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a technical recruiter with strong ATS proficiency.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• English: B2 level or higher required
