What you will do

• Conceptualize and develop visual identities, campaigns, and assets aligned with brand marketing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with senior designers, strategists, and video editors on innovative visual solutions.
• Ensure visual consistency and quality across digital campaigns, print, on-site materials, and video content.
• Manage timelines and priorities across multiple design projects, leading parts of the process.
• Create and oversee artwork finalization to technical standards, ensuring quality in every deliverable.
• Bridge strategic ideas and their execution, ensuring alignment with deadlines and project objectives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in high-level design or branding studios.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma, and Canva.
• Experience leading design projects from start to finish.
• Knowledge of graphic and digital production techniques.
• Technical expertise in artwork finalization, including file preparation for print and digital production.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics or 3D.
• Basic knowledge of internal processes or automated workflows.
• Previous experience working with international clients and complex projects.
• Familiarity with AI design tools and image generation (Midjourney, Sora, Gemini).
