What you will do

• Manage and oversee issues reported to the Operations payins team.
• Monitor compliance with internal SLAs and drive accountability.
• Analyze issues for cross-country or partner impacts and coordinate preventive actions.
• Collaborate with country-specific and regional Operations Teams for swift resolution.
• Develop and maintain detailed operational reports for management.
• Serve as liaison between Operations and other hirify.global teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Experience working with global teams and managing time-sensitive operational processes.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and root causes of recurring issues.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and reporting.
• Experience with Jira and process automation leveraging AI tools.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and ensure SLA compliance.
