DevOps Engineering Technical Referent

TL;DR

What you will do

• Scale infrastructure to support international growth with multi-region and multi-cloud challenges.
• Build and operate Kubernetes-based container platforms including autoscaling, policies, and security.
• Collaborate daily with engineers and participate in development processes.
• Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration using Terraform and cloud-native tools.
• Design solutions focused on uptime, redundancy, disaster recovery, and security compliance.
• Maintain on-call rotation to support infrastructure with continuous improvement focus.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Spain (Madrid or Barcelona) or able to work remotely from there.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform; knowledge of CloudFormation or Deployment Manager is a plus.
• Proficiency in monitoring and alerting tools such as ELK, Coralogix, CloudWatch, or Cloud Logging.
• Experience with Kubernetes provisioning, lifecycle management, and scaling.
• Linux administration skills and understanding of cloud security best practices.

Nice to have

• Scripting/programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Disaster recovery and high availability design experience.
• Performance tuning and cost optimization expertise.
