What you will do
- Manage the commercial organization for Latam.
- Be responsible for the commercial P&L of the region.
- Build a network of key partners and payment processors.
- Monitor market trends and consumer behavior.
- Work across business verticals to manage projects.
- Engage with C-Level contacts in the e-commerce sector.
Requirements
- Experience in expansion in the Latam market, especially in Payments or Fintech.
- At least 5 years in B2B sales within the e-commerce industry.
- Mastering Spanish and English languages is mandatory.
- Experience in operations management or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
