What you will do

  • Manage the commercial organization for Latam.
  • Be responsible for the commercial P&L of the region.
  • Build a network of key partners and payment processors.
  • Monitor market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Work across business verticals to manage projects.
  • Engage with C-Level contacts in the e-commerce sector.

Requirements

  • Experience in expansion in the Latam market, especially in Payments or Fintech.
  • At least 5 years in B2B sales within the e-commerce industry.
  • Mastering Spanish and English languages is mandatory.
  • Experience in operations management or business development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
