What you will do

  • Communicate and influence at all levels to drive sales growth.
  • Manage customer relationships and deliver tailored value propositions.
  • Negotiate pricing and margin to optimize profitability.
  • Train and mentor new sales roles.
  • Provide technical support and manage product demonstrations.
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in B2B.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical/mechanical, marketing, or chemistry field preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs./25 kg.
