What you will do

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance systems.
• Own features end-to-end from architecture to ongoing optimization.
• Work with technologies like NestJS, Firestore, MongoDB, and more.
• Drive technical direction across product features and platform layers.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and AI teams to deliver impactful features.
• Mentor and support other engineers, fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional engineering experience, including 3+ years in Flutter/Dart.
• Mastery of Flutter internals and performance profiling.
• Experience with RESTful API design and mobile CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven development tools.
• Excellent communication skills in distributed teams.
