What you will do

• Define and evolve frontend architecture and technology stack for AI-powered data analytics platform.
• Establish best practices for code quality, performance, security, and accessibility.
• Lead design reviews, technical discussions, and collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.
• Drive adoption of modern AI-assisted development tools and frontend frameworks.
• Build advanced data-driven UIs, dashboards, and interactive visualizations.
• Mentor and coach frontend engineers, fostering technical growth and engineering excellence.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (onsite role).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years frontend development experience including 3+ years in lead/principal roles.
• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React ecosystem, frontend architecture, and scalable enterprise applications.
• Experience with performance optimization, rendering large datasets, and UI responsiveness.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development workflows is a strong plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with data-intensive domains, real-time visualizations, and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with visualization libraries like Echarts, AgGrid, ReactFlow, MonacoEditor.
• Experience building real-time collaborative tools and working with web sockets.
• Interest or experience with AI models and Python notebooks.
