What you will do

• Manage regional Data Operations teams to meet daily service deliverables for collecting, composing, controlling, and distributing financial instrument data according to client SLAs.
• Document client requirements in a consistent format to ensure agreement on procedures and service deliverables.
• Ensure questions and service requests are resolved professionally and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and SLA compliance.
• Review, redesign, and improve existing processes, quality controls, and manual workarounds to reduce error risk.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local and regional clients as a single point of contact (SPOC) on service delivery matters.
• Manage and follow up on audit, SOX, and other operational risk topics to ensure compliance and timely closure.

Requirements

• Experience in a Senior Management role for 5 to 7 years.
• Experience with data vendor feeds (Bloomberg, IDC, Reuters, etc.) and display products, 5-7 years.
• Deep knowledge of traditional and non-traditional financial instruments and markets including structured securities.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in finance or engineering.
• People Management experience, 3-4 years.
• Experience with EDM platforms, 3-4 years.
