What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software for financial derivatives and development tools.
• Translate business requirements into detailed designs by interacting with subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement valuation models and integrate Quant solutions.
• Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews.
• Monitor and improve CI/CD performance and reliability.
• Provide tier 2 support, troubleshooting, and fixing production bugs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, C++, Java, or Python.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with numerical computing libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas, SciPy).
• Familiarity with financial markets, instruments, and trading concepts.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• English: B2 required
• Must be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina for a hybrid work model

Nice to have

• Experience in a quantitative finance environment.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker).
