What you will do

• Plan and conduct regression testing to ensure functionality, performance, and usability.
• Collaborate with engineering to create detailed test plans based on requirements.
• Develop and hand off test plans to engineers as QA guides and success criteria.
• Manually test specific functionality for pull requests.
• Document test results, procedures, and bug reproduction steps.
• Provide feedback to improve testing processes and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA with preference for EST time zone.
• 3-5 years of QA experience in web-based software manual and regression testing.
• Strong technical knowledge of software platforms, operating systems, and testing tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks; automated testing experience is optional.
• Ability to manage multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment.
