What you will do

• Build and optimize recommendation models for CRM use cases and retention strategies.
• Apply deep learning and causal inference techniques to large, dynamic customer interaction datasets.
• Design and analyze A/B experiments to validate model performance and drive product strategy.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers to deploy robust, production-grade models at scale.
• Translate complex business objectives into measurable machine learning goals.
• Mentor junior scientists and engineers on best practices for modeling and deployment.

Requirements

• PhD, MS, or BS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field.
• 8+ years of industry experience in ML or data science.
• Experience building production-grade recommendation or personalization systems.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with distributed systems such as Apache Spark.
• Strong background in A/B testing, reinforcement learning, and causal inference.
