What you will do

• Design and build optimized pipelines and tools to scale code management and merge operations.
• Develop tools to enable developers to diagnose test and infrastructure issues.
• Manage capacity, monitoring, and operations of physical and virtual test fleets.
• Adopt and enforce best practices such as test-driven development in an agile environment.
• Drive innovation in production engineering tools and improve test infrastructure pipelines.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to define test infrastructure and tool requirements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be willing and able to work onsite in Bangalore, India.
• Minimum 4 years of software development experience, preferably in Python, Go, or Rust.
• Experience designing and architecting software from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of test frameworks and continuous integration tools.
• Working knowledge of containers and Kubernetes.
• Ability to work independently in cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership.
