What you will do

• Deliver actionable procurement spend insights supporting global strategic sourcing across US, EMEA, and APJ.
• Analyze and consolidate data from multiple sources including spend, contracts, and suppliers.
• Design and implement machine learning models (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, NLP) for procurement analytics.
• Build dashboards, data models, and reporting tools to track procurement performance.
• Drive global process improvements including compliance, automation, and sourcing platform implementation.
• Partner with stakeholders globally to support strategic decision-making and procurement transformation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Bangalore, India
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields with 7+ years in procurement analytics or data science.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R, Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience with machine learning models including deep learning and NLP.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently across global teams and time zones.
• English: Proficient (B2 or higher)

Nice to have

• Project management skills and familiarity with Six Sigma, PMI, Agile methodologies.
• Experience building ML libraries or automation/AI tools such as RPA or Alteryx.
• Prior involvement in procurement benchmarking, supplier evaluation, or governance.
