What you will do

• Develop full lifecycle software from architecture to maintenance for storage appliances.
• Design, code, and debug systems in C and Python, focusing on hardware and OS interactions.
• Integrate software with hardware, networking, storage, memory, and compute components.
• Collaborate cross-team to support new features and infrastructure integration.
• Support and document software functionality and architecture requirements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Bangalore, India
• 3+ years experience working with remote teams at a product company.
• 4-7+ years developing on Linux or other *NIX variants.
• Strong knowledge of x86 server architectures, OS-hardware interactions, device drivers, and networking protocols.
• Experience with Linux Kernel, device drivers, PCIe devices, and CPU performance optimization.
• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• English: Proficient (B2) required
