Workday Analyst

What you will do

• Design, configure, and implement scalable Workday Time & Absence solutions including accruals and eligibility rules.
• Develop and maintain business processes, calculated fields, and reports specific to Time & Absence.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance across Workday modules.
• Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and participate in Workday release assessments.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and act as SME for Workday Core HCM functionality.

Requirements

• Must be located in Bangalore, India and able to work onsite.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience with focus on Time & Absence.
• Strong technical expertise in Workday configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD platform, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with US-based teams during late IST hours.
