What you will do

• Run best practice compliant paid search campaigns with ongoing optimization.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate testing plans to improve campaign performance.
• Prepare performance commentary and weekly reporting with team collaboration.
• Conduct performance analysis and identify solutions for issues.
• Support QA processes to minimize errors and ensure process adherence.
• Identify gaps in goals and work with management to improve performance.

Requirements

• Location: Istanbul, Turkey with hybrid work model (around four days in office)
• 2-4 years experience in digital marketing with deep paid search knowledge.
• Current certifications in Google Ads and related platforms.
• Understanding of bid management and PPC technology platforms like Google Analytics and SA360.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical skills and operational proficiency.
• English language proficiency at least B2 level
