What you will do

  • Lead and inspire a team of infrastructure engineers to ensure availability and reliability of hirify.global products
  • Develop and operate internal developer platforms and infrastructure at internet scale
  • Collaborate with engineering customers and partners to improve internal engineering experience
  • Own and maintain processes and tooling for infrastructure operations
  • Build observability frameworks and minimize incident resolution time

Requirements

  • Location: Based in California, USA with hybrid work model
  • 10+ years experience with 5+ years in management of software infrastructure teams
  • Strong familiarity with AWS and cloud-based distributed systems
  • Experience in site reliability, monitoring, incident response, and operational automation
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to manage complex projects and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Experience in FinTech is a plus
