What you will do
- Provide level 1 operational support to front office teams and portfolio managers.
- Conduct start-of-day checks and manage exceptions triggered via operational workflows.
- Resolve trading outages and ensure minimum system downtime.
- Engage with stakeholders to refine workflows and escalate issues as needed.
- Reconcile ’s activity globally and handle breaks with counterparties.
Requirements
- Degree in finance or related discipline.
- 1-3 years of prior work experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and UNIX is desirable.
- Exposure to asset classes like Equity, Futures, FX, and Derivatives is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
