What you will do

• Lead and motivate a diverse team of Solutions Architects across DACH and Southern EMEA
• Participate in customer and prospect meetings alongside your team
• Assist in continual training, mentorship, hiring, and career growth
• Define and execute technical pre- and post-sales strategies cross-functionally
• Build and implement programs to scale Solutions Consultants and increase customer impact
• Monitor team performance and support goal achievement

Requirements

• Location: This is a full-time onsite role based in Berlin, Germany
• 3+ years frontline management experience leading Solutions Consultants or Sales Engineers
• 8+ years customer-facing technical experience in SaaS roles such as Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven success collaborating with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams
• Hands-on problem solver with effective coaching and team leadership skills
