What you will do

• Lead and shape the future of engineering culture and technical foundations in Pakistan.
• Drive impact in Data & AI through applied machine learning, platformization, and agentic AI innovation.
• Influence product roadmaps and customer experiences at scale with a product mindset.
• Build and scale complex engineering systems, platforms, or infrastructure in high-growth environments.
• Collaborate across teams to support super app development and technology leadership in e-commerce and platforms.

Requirements

• Open to relocating to Pakistan.
• Senior technology leadership experience with a track record in high-growth tech environments.
• Experience driving Data & AI initiatives including applied machine learning and agentic AI.
• Passion for building long-term technical foundations and nurturing engineering culture across MENA.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with super apps, e-commerce platforms, or startups.
• Background in fintech or mobility services.
