What you will do

  • Own and lead a portfolio of strategic Institutional DeFi partners focused on tokenized asset adoption.
  • Define and execute strategic account plans maximizing value for hirify.global and partners.
  • Lead cross-functional technical and go-to-market workstreams ensuring successful partner outcomes.
  • Provide thought leadership on tokenization, regulatory considerations, and financial market structures.
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Represent partner needs internally to influence product strategy and ecosystem growth.

Requirements

  • 10–12+ years experience in strategic partnerships or enterprise engagements in fintech, financial services, or blockchain.
  • Deep understanding of institutional finance, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong expertise in tokenization models and blockchain fundamentals applied to finance.
  • Proven track record in go-to-market strategy and partner enablement for scaled deployment.
  • Experience engaging with C-suite executives and managing complex stakeholder dynamics.
  • Ability to travel 20–30% to partner and customer sites.
