What you will do
- Own and lead a portfolio of strategic Institutional DeFi partners focused on tokenized asset adoption.
- Define and execute strategic account plans maximizing value for and partners.
- Lead cross-functional technical and go-to-market workstreams ensuring successful partner outcomes.
- Provide thought leadership on tokenization, regulatory considerations, and financial market structures.
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- Represent partner needs internally to influence product strategy and ecosystem growth.
Requirements
- 10–12+ years experience in strategic partnerships or enterprise engagements in fintech, financial services, or blockchain.
- Deep understanding of institutional finance, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong expertise in tokenization models and blockchain fundamentals applied to finance.
- Proven track record in go-to-market strategy and partner enablement for scaled deployment.
- Experience engaging with C-suite executives and managing complex stakeholder dynamics.
- Ability to travel 20–30% to partner and customer sites.
