Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates with hybrid work format (4 days in office, 1 day remote) and up to 30 days remote work per year from any country.

What you will do

• Architect and implement foundational services for the Agentic AI Platform including APIs, orchestration pipelines, state machines, and monitoring.
• Design abstractions for multi-agent collaboration, memory persistence, and reasoning cycles.
• Build scalable orchestration frameworks coordinating model calls and multi-turn workflows.
• Develop observability and governance systems for AI agents including tracing, metrics, auditing, and self-healing.
• Integrate LLM-based and retrieval-augmented components with strict latency and compliance requirements.
• Mentor engineers and influence platform-wide AI integration and distributed systems design practices.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work in Dubai, UAE
• 6+ years backend or distributed systems experience, with 2–3 years in AI/ML infrastructure or LLM systems.
• Strong skills in Python, Go, Kubernetes, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines (Kafka, Airflow, Flink).
• Experience with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen) and vector stores (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).
• Strong architectural and system design skills balancing scalability, cost, and velocity.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher (job posting in English)
