What you will do

• Lead, build, and maintain algorithm and Smart Order Routing (SOR) frameworks.
• Develop and optimize short-term predictive models that drive the investment process.
• Improve the architecture of the execution platform for cash and derivative products.
• Collaborate with research teams to integrate predictive signals into production systems.
• Ensure high-performance and low-latency execution of trading strategies.

Requirements

• Excellent C++ skills on a Linux platform, preferably with low-latency programming experience.
• Experience in designing and implementing electronic algorithmic trading systems.
• Knowledge of market microstructure and experience with market data (L1/2/3).
• Strong proficiency in Python and database management.
• Experience with predictive signal research or implementation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
