Salary: $228,000–$275,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Develop and own strategy for developer adoption of financial solutions on XRPL
- Build frameworks to measure developer success aligned with business goals
- Organize developer events, workshops, and hackathons showcasing XRPL capabilities
- Create technical content and provide hands-on support for financial companies and startups
- Recruit and scale a global developer relations team across key financial hubs
- Collaborate with internal teams and act as advocate for developer needs at executive level
Requirements
- 7+ years experience leading developer relations or technical product teams
- Deep understanding of institutional finance, DeFi, and regulatory frameworks
- Technical credibility with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments and navigating ambiguity
- Willingness to travel worldwide for meetings and events
- Location: Hybrid with in-office presence in California, USA
Nice to have
- Experience with blockchain technologies, developer platforms, and fintech communities
- Public speaking and content creation experience for financial applications
- Knowledge of tokenization standards and institutional DeFi protocols
