What you will do

• Develop and own strategy for developer adoption of financial solutions on XRPL
• Build frameworks to measure developer success aligned with business goals
• Organize developer events, workshops, and hackathons showcasing XRPL capabilities
• Create technical content and provide hands-on support for financial companies and startups
• Recruit and scale a global developer relations team across key financial hubs
• Collaborate with internal teams and act as advocate for developer needs at executive level

Requirements

• 7+ years experience leading developer relations or technical product teams
• Deep understanding of institutional finance, DeFi, and regulatory frameworks
• Technical credibility with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments and navigating ambiguity
• Willingness to travel worldwide for meetings and events
• Location: Hybrid with in-office presence in California, USA
