What you will do

• Own and coordinate hardware deployment plans for new data center sites.
• Supervise on-site receiving, installation, and configuration of servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• Ensure all pre-deployment requirements such as racks, power, and cooling are met.
• Conduct functional checks, acceptance tests, and troubleshooting to confirm system readiness.
• Act as the main on-site contact for deployment activities and report to project leadership.
• Support transition of hardware to operations teams and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Amsterdam, Netherlands
• 5+ years experience in data center or hardware field delivery roles.
• Strong knowledge of server, storage, and network installation practices.
• Proven ability to coordinate deployments with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice.

Nice to have

• Experience with GPU/HPC or high-density compute environments.
• Familiarity with change management, asset tracking, and quality assurance processes.
