What you will do

• Develop core services for route creation, optimization, live tracking, and reporting with 99.9%+ SLA.
• Build web applications for dispatchers to manage routes in real time.
• Create APIs and integrations with TMS/ERP systems processing millions of route events.
• Collaborate with mobile teams on driver-facing navigation features.
• Implement AI-assisted workflows such as smart data import, contextual rerouting, and predictive alerts.
• Embed hirify.global’s cultural principles and scale globally.

Requirements

• Must reside in Canada or the US.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of software development experience with strong programming fundamentals.
• Experience designing and architecting large, high-scale systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to estimate and deliver project milestones effectively.
