Software Engineer, Growth & Monetization (Fullstack)

Location: United States — remote within the US or onsite from the San Francisco or New York hubs. In-person onboarding is required.

Annual base salary: $153,000–$376,000 USD.

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and ship full-stack features using TypeScript, React, Ruby, Go, C++, and related technologies.
• Own product areas affecting user experience, internal productivity, growth, billing, enterprise access, discovery, or revenue operations.
• Collaborate with product, design, data science, support, and sales to shape product direction and solve complex problems.
• Operate and monitor production systems with a focus on reliability, security, performance, and user experience.
• Mentor peers, provide feedback, and contribute to a collaborative engineering environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience shipping and maintaining complex production systems or products.
• Full-stack experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React and TypeScript.
• Back-end experience with technologies such as Ruby, Python, Go, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across functions.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States or from a Figma US hub; in-person onboarding is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS, billing or payments infrastructure, developer platforms, or enterprise-scale systems.
• Familiarity with Stripe, Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, SCIM, SAML, or WebAssembly.
• Experience with experimentation, observability, compliance automation, internal tools, extensibility platforms, plugins, APIs, or widgets.
• Open-source developer community contributions or experience creating excellent developer and user experiences.
