Salary: $209,000-$313,000 annually depending on location and experience

What you will do
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple engineering organizations with deep technical understanding and strategic influence.
- Own full program lifecycle from ideation to execution and operational excellence.
- Partner with engineering and product leadership to shape roadmaps and technical decisions.
- Use hands-on data analytics (Python, SQL, dashboards) to guide programs and communicate insights.
- Build automation tools and improve internal systems to enhance platform reliability and efficiency.
- Mentor and grow junior TPMs and engineers to scale organizational performance.
Requirements
- Must be located onsite in Bellevue, Los Angeles, or Palo Alto, USA.
- 11+ years of experience in engineering, data science, or technical program management with 6+ years in TPM roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Experience leading large-scale, ambiguous programs in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- BS/BA degree in analytical field or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Background in software engineering, machine learning, or infrastructure systems.
- Experience with big data technologies like Spark, Airflow, Hive, Kafka, or Flink.
- Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience managing production systems, reliability, and cost optimization programs.
