What you will do

• Build backend services using Kotlin and Java for scoring and anti-fraud systems.
• Develop risk analytics tools to enable rapid testing and deployment of scoring rules.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and engineering teams to refine requirements and architecture.
• Participate in code reviews and optimize performance and stability of production systems.
• Continuously improve scalability and security of backend services.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong Kotlin skills or solid Java experience with willingness to transition to Kotlin.
• Familiarity with GitLab CI, cloud infrastructure, and container orchestration.
• English proficiency at B1+ level to lead technical discussions.
• Fluent Russian.

Nice to have

• Experience with decision-making models (DMN) and process orchestration (BPMN).
• Statistical or analytical background.
